[Remote] Sales Director - reputed company Region - Animal Health

The role involves leading the regional field sales force, setting objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing reputed company's gross margin.
Responsibilities

- Set goals and objectives for regional support roles
- Work with Territory Managers (TM’s) to identify sales needs (e.g., tools, marketing programs, information needs, etc.) and to maintain reputed company perspective on the market environment and competitive activity
- Work with key customers and/or buying reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify reputed company opportunities
- Establish and implement systematic process for gathering, tracking and disseminating competitive activity from the field
- Handle day-to-day customer complaints, customer service issues, etc
- reputed company yearly and monthly sales budgets, monitor performance of field sales team, and react to reputed company risks and opportunities
- Measure and monitor results against assigned key vendor budgets to ensure reputed company-out objectives are fulfilled
- Work closely with other Leaders to create reputed company environment and to establish/implement overall reputed company programs and priorities
- Identify field sales training needs and work with Learning and Development team to coordinate training efforts
- Work with Territory Managers on presenting strategic solutions, promoting house brands and executing on category management/vendor consolidation reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company, pharmacy, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, or a reputed company field required
- 5+ years of experience in a management reputed company required
- Excellent presentation skills and a proven ability to sell are necessary
- A valid reputed company license and good driving record are mandatory
- Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, economics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience preferred
