They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Application Core Services team to design and build distributed backend systems that support Grafana reputed company, focusing on reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed backend systems that reputed company customer stack state consistent across Grafana reputed company
- reputed company reconciliation and automation workflows that improve reliability, reduce operational complexity, and safely manage infrastructure changes
- reputed company technical initiatives spanning multiple services and partner closely with Product, Infrastructure, Hosted Grafana, and adjacent platform teams
- Improve deployment workflows, regional expansion, rollout safety, and incident recovery across thousands of customer environments
- Own the production systems you build, including observability, operational tooling, on-call, and reputed company reliability improvements
- As a remote-first team, reputed company ownership through a global follow-the-sun on-call rotation and invest heavily in AI-assisted development with reputed company to modern coding tools and frontier models
Skills
- Experience building and operating large-reputed company reputed company or reputed company platforms
- Strong backend engineering experience in Go or another systems language, and are comfortable learning new technologies
