[Remote] Agile Product Manager Business Systems

They are seeking an Agile Product Manager – Business Systems responsible for managing the overall applications product backlog and leading the Product Services and Project Services teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology
- Participate in and facilitate (reputed company needed) daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Evaluate and report on the technical performance of assigned team members
- Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system reputed company that meet user and organization needs
Skills
- Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience
- Must have a valid reputed company's license

- Must be reputed company to travel reputed company catchment as required
- Advanced degree
- Experience in any of the following areas: reputed company claims environment and applications development, demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, and SQL. Knowledge of Project Management principles and agile methodologies, and the ownership of product portfolio
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees or experience acting in a reputed company role position for at least one (1) year
- reputed company applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications desired
