[Remote] Legal Consultant - Legal Tech Project Manager

They are seeking a Legal Consultant to support reputed company and legal departments in adopting their platform and AI capabilities, facilitating training, and developing resources to enhance reputed company engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Legal Consultants and Legal Innovation Partners in delivering reputed company adoption programs, training sessions, and change management initiatives
- Facilitate training webinars, reputed company sessions, and workflow workshops for reputed company users at reputed company and legal departments
- Assist in developing training content, adoption guides, workflow documentation, and enablement resources
- Monitor reputed company adoption metrics and engagement data, preparing reports and identifying trends for the supervising LC/PM or LIP
- Respond to reputed company enablement inquiries, coordinating with Legal Innovation Partners and the technical team to ensure issues are addressed promptly
- reputed company a deep working knowledge of the reputed company platform, AI features, and integration ecosystem — becoming a trusted resource for clients navigating day-to-day platform questions
- Support the development and maintenance of internal LC/PM team playbooks, knowledge reputed company articles, and enablement templates

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, legal consulting, or a reputed company field — or a JD with meaningful interest in legal technology and a desire to reputed company into a non-traditional legal career
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical business applications mainly pertaining to legal uses and workflows
- Basic familiarity with reputed company or in-house legal department operations — you understand the environment your clients work in, even if you are still building deep expertise
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal. You can facilitate a meeting, write a reputed company follow-up email, and present a training deck without stage fright
- Organized and detail-oriented — you manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and follow through on commitments reliably
- Curiosity about legal AI and technology — you are the reputed company of person who reads about what is happening in legal tech and gets excited about its implications
