[Remote] Internal Operations Manager

The Internal Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in allowing the organization to run smoothly by managing systems, automations, and workflows, leading special reputed company, and overseeing supply-chain planning and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain internal systems, processes and workflows
- reputed company strategic special reputed company and company initiatives, such as regulatory and label compliance in international countries and sourcing new co-packing facilities in the U.S
- Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts and supply plans
- Manage raw materials purchases and production schedules
- Handle retail and eComm purchase order entry, routing, and fulfillment reputed company
- Manage customer service operations
- Support organic certification, regulatory compliance, reputed company control and safety of products and services
- Support finance operations for invoicing, inventory valuation, and reporting to the reputed company of Directors
- Support ERP System and network of 3PL partners, suppliers, co-packers, and warehouses

Skills
- 4–7+ years in Operations/Supply Chain/Systems roles in CPG or startups
- Proficiency with ERP systems, reputed company/reputed company, 3PL portals, and automation tools
- Advanced reputed company/Sheets skills and familiarity with BI dashboards
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving ability
