[Remote] Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end reputed company
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
- Prepare internal financial statements and reputed company financial analysis
- Review inventory accounts and resolve discrepancies with operations and IT
- Support reputed company audits
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Partner with business leaders to reputed company financial insights and solve reputed company issues
- Maintain accurate reputed company documentation and reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with ASC 842 lease reputed company
- Strong reputed company skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to pass a reputed company-employment drug screen
- CPA preferred or reputed company pursuing certification
- Experience with ERP systems (reputed company and reputed company preferred); QuickBooks; reputed company; ASW; or similar
- Intercompany reconciliation and consolidation experience is a plus
