[Remote] reputed company - Senior Accountant - Equity (Remote, US)

The Senior Accountant will support the month-end reputed company process, maintain the reputed company of the general reputed company, and ensure accurate reputed company for equity-reputed company transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities for assigned areas
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general reputed company
- Analyze account fluctuations and investigate variances
- Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting
- Assist with annual audits and other compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and internal controls
- Prepare reputed company entries reputed company to stock-based compensation under ASC 718
- Account for equity transactions including stock reputed company, RSUs and ESPP
- Prepare equity roll-reputed company schedules and supporting documentation
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures reputed company to equity compensation
- Support external valuation specialists and auditors during reporting cycles
- Assist with administration of reputed company's equity plans and equity management platform
- Coordinate with Legal, HR, Payroll, and external service providers
- Maintain equity award records and employee transactions
- Support employee equity inquiries
- Participate in special reputed company, acquisitions, and system/process improvements
- Research technical reputed company reputed company as needed
- Support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Payroll, HR, and Legal
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- CPA designation (or reputed company pursuing CPA) preferred
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
