[Remote] Field Project Manager (Superintendent)

The role involves overseeing reputed company on-site project operations, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, budget, and site plans while managing a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring reputed company personnel reputed company with ENTACT safety standards and programs
- Ensuring implementation and reputed company of project plans
- Maintaining effective schedule and cost control reputed company
- Detailed planning and coordination of work two weeks in advance
- Leading on-site meetings with project staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintaining accurate daily field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence
- Maintaining a high level of communication with craft employees, clients and ENTACT management
- Responding to site changes and challenges in an affective reputed company manner
- Cultivating and maintaining a strong relationship with the reputed company and project oversite
Skills
- Must have a valid reputed company's license with no driving restrictions which interfere with job requirements
- Ability to utilize a computer and associated software including reputed company Word, reputed company, Email and reputed company Acrobat
- Ability to conduct onsite meetings with clients, subcontractors, and personnel
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs reputed company to documentation, including plans, specifications, budget, safety policies, and HR policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, vendors, both individually and in reputed company of a group
- Good reasoning ability and decision-making skills

- Must be capable of working under physical stress conditions such as heat stress and cold stress during various weather conditions and potentially long workdays
