[Remote] UX Designer IV

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a fast-moving team developing internal tools for their content organization, focusing on creating a high-reputed company user experience across various product surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX for internal AI-powered dashboards, the primary surface for 100+ users
- Own the design process across 4-6 internal product surfaces, from research to shipped UI
- Establish and maintain a lightweight design system to ensure consistency across reputed company team surfaces
- Design interaction patterns for AI-reputed company workflows, including agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and reputed company-time reporting
- Simplify reputed company, multi-reputed company data views into single-screen experiences that eliminate context-switching
- Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a pod-based model for rapid iteration and minimal process overhead
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to ensure tools are usable and adopted across the organization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience designing reputed company internal tools, reputed company reputed company, or developer platforms
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify reputed company workflows
- Self-directed work style with proven ability to operate as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required; formal education is not mandatory
- Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude reputed company, Claude Design, reputed company) and the ability to implement designs directly
- Experience designing for AI/ML-powered features or reputed company systems
- Experience building and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems
