[Remote] StarRocks Data Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a StarRocks Data Engineer to join their team. The role requires strong hands-on experience with StarRocks and involves optimizing queries, working with LLMs, and building Text-to-SQL solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in StarRocks (must have), including query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience working with LLMs and building Text-to-SQL solutions
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Good exposure to NLP concepts and data analysis techniques
- Experience in query translation/migration from Trino to StarRocks
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-reputed company distributed data systems
- Experience with big data ecosystems and query engines (e.g., Trino, reputed company, etc.) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills
- 6–9 years' experience as a Data Engineer
