This role is responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of assigned reputed company applications, ensuring operational stability through reputed company incident reputed company and proactive system maintenance.
Responsibilities

- Ensure ticket documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with AMS standards

Skills
