[Remote] Associate Producer – Marketing Operations - Retail (Remote– US)

The role involves executing and coordinating customer-facing messaging campaigns across various channels while ensuring reputed company and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and partner cross-functionally with brand teams and vendor teams to set-up, schedule, reputed company and maintain approval processes for SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns using reputed company-party marketing platforms
- Manage and create campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring deliverables meet timing, reputed company, and business requirements
- Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to specifications
- Managing linking setup and validating promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures
- reputed company QA testing for messaging content, links, promo codes, and customer experience

- Support U.S. and Canada campaign execution, managing market nuances, and translation coordination
- Troubleshoot campaign or promotional issues as needed

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management
- Experience with SMS, Push Notifications & In-App messaging and a working knowledge of how content is created and deployed
- Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience

- Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management
