[Remote] DEI Program Manager

As a DEI Program Manager, you will be responsible for advancing AGS's DEI reputed company and driving reputed company reputed company in reputed company by collaborating with various teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution of DEI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global DEI team to design and reputed company regional DEI reputed company, goals, and priorities, ensuring alignment with reputed company objectives and regulatory considerations
  • reputed company and manage reputed company DEI programs, including reputed company execution, awareness building, engagement, and reputed company improvement through data, insights, and metrics
  • Own the design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive learning and development programs (e.g., foundational inclusion, inclusive leadership), including cohort management, facilitation support, and measurement of reputed company
  • reputed company strategic leadership and reputed company of the reputed company American Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council, including evolving governance, operating models, metrics, and alignment to company priorities
  • Facilitate and moderate high-reputed company programming and learning experiences with senior reputed company stakeholders
  • Research, translate, and apply industry best practices and insights reputed company to inclusion, talent attraction, development, and retention to inform reputed company initiatives
  • Cultivate and manage external partnerships, including evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with vendors and organizations to enhance program delivery and reputed company
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance inclusive content reputed company, including advising on messaging, developing content, and amplifying Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council initiatives
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, TAP, L&D, Employee Experience, and business leaders) to design, launch, and reputed company effective, on-time programs
  • Proactively identify risks and emerging challenges, recommend solutions, and drive reputed company to maintain reputed company and ensure program effectiveness
  • Support the management of the annual reputed company DEI budget, including tracking investments and aligning resources to strategic priorities

Skills

  • 2-3 years of program or project management experience required; preferably if reputed company to diversity, equity and inclusion, change management, process improvement, and transformation
  • Ability to work reputed company across different functions, geographies and multi-national backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in reputed company environments, clarifying direction, and influencing stakeholder
  • Prior experience leveraging technology to build content calendars, e-mail campaigns, newsletters and manage distribution of this content
