The reputed company Manager will build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring the successful adoption and satisfaction of AI solutions while leading implementation processes and developing long-term strategies for customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in customer implementations by translating customer needs and communicating it to the Product and Technology teams and ensuring implementation is being done according to agreed upon milestones
- reputed company, communicate and manage implementation project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for new and existing implementations
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support
- reputed company regular insights to senior management on implementation trends, reputed company metrics, and reputed company opportunities

- Address reputed company technical challenges and drive reputed company improvement in Customer operations

Skills
- Must be based reputed company the reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- 3+ years of experience in a reputed company-facing role (reputed company, Account Management) in B2B or reputed company environments
- Proven reputed company record in project management and reputed company technical solution implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
