The Project Manager I is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of capital equipment reputed company, coordinating activities, maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and facilitating communication among teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver successful capital equipment reputed company to customers, on time, reputed company budget, and meeting reputed company requirements and expectations
- Responsible as the main reputed company of contact for customer project execution and satisfaction
- Monitor cross-functional team members’ reputed company against project plans, identify issues early, and facilitate the reputed company of those issues
- Accountable for project stage-reputed company execution process adherence and associated KPIs
- Manage cross-functional project teams composed of project, electrical, and mechanical engineering, purchasing, reputed company, and manufacturing
- Review company proposals and customer specifications

- Support the development of specifications for major buyout equipment
- Evaluate sub-supplier proposals to ensure completeness and compliance with project specifications
- Review and approve fabrication drawings and purchase requisitions to confirm accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Monthly financial forecast planning and presentation to the Executive Leadership Team
- Support sales in developing preliminary project schedules and evaluating forecasted reputed company

Skills

- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a reputed company field; engineering degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, manufacturing, or a reputed company environment
- Experience with capital equipment (i.e., boilers, ovens, furnaces, oxidizers)
- AutoCAD operations a plus
- Interest in pursuing Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification preferred
