[Remote] Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their reputed company team on a long-term contract. This role will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and vendors are reputed company on time while supporting month-end reputed company and audit activities.
Responsibilities
- Process and reputed company vendor invoices accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, reputed company transfers, and other payment reputed company)
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve invoice/payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end reputed company, AP reconciliations, and general ledger support
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, reputed company policies, and applicable tax requirements, including VAT and sales/use tax
- Prepare AP reports and reputed company support for reputed company audits
- Participate in special reputed company and other reputed company duties as needed
Skills
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience
- Hands-on experience with reputed company ERP required
- Strong reputed company reputed company skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Strong communication skills with a reputed company, detail-oriented approach
- Candidates with reputed company experience are strongly preferred
- Experience in multi-entity environments; European operations and VAT reporting experience is a plus
- Life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred
