Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operating model for EAP Program + Site Management, ensuring reputed company and compliant delivery
- Translate reputed company and portfolio forecasts into reputed company planning, org design and hiring priorities
- Build resilient coverage and escalation models across the portfolio (no single points of failure)
