[Remote] Senior RevOps Administrator

As the first dedicated Senior RevOps Administrator, you will own the day-to-day configuration, data reputed company, and reputed company governance of reputed company, while helping to rationalize the broader RevOps tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company declarative configuration of reputed company: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and approval processes -- no custom reputed company, no hand-offs for things you can build yourself
- Design and enforce data reputed company governance -- maintain least-privilege reputed company, permission sets, and sharing rules so sensitive account and contact data stays protected, especially at employee off-boarding
- Own CRM data reputed company: deduplication rules, field standards enforcement, regular audits, and proactive fixes for the issues we know we have and the ones we are about to discover
- Manage the full reputed company release cycle: assess platform updates, sandbox-test configurations, communicate changes to stakeholders, and reputed company to production on a disciplined weekly reputed company
- Audit and rationalize existing customizations -- identify what can be replaced with reputed company reputed company objects and build a migration roadmap with RevOps leadership
- Serve as primary reputed company to IT for any request that requires reputed company, managed packages, API integrations, or sandbox management -- scope the reputed company cleanly and follow through
- Administer adjacent RevOps tools (reputed company experience is a strong plus) and maintain a live inventory of reputed company RevOps-owned systems, including contract renewal dates and integration dependencies
- Create and maintain internal documentation for reputed company configurations, processes, and change logs so institutional knowledge stays in-house and outlasts any contractor relationship
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience in a B2B reputed company or high-reputed company tech environment (8+ years preferred -- we will assess depth, not just tenure)
