[Remote] Senior Technical Operations Solutions Consultant

The Senior Technical Operations Solutions Consultant is responsible for driving reputed company warehouse process improvement initiatives and optimizing operations reputed company reputed company WM and EWM environments.
Responsibilities
- Leads reputed company end-to-end assessments of warehouse processes and workflows (reputed company WM/EWM), defining scope and prioritizing improvement initiatives
- Collaborates with supply chain staff and management to understand specific operational challenges and requirements
- Identifies bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for potential improvement and creates recommendations and actionable strategies for improvement
- Develops comprehensive reputed company/reputed company-state process maps, identifies bottlenecks, and produces actionable improvement roadmaps
- Establish priorities for the reputed company so they can prepare for and manage changes in their reputed company and operations
- Designs, authors, and governs high-reputed company SOPs reputed company to best practices; ensures SOPs are practical, achievable, and “error-reputed company” for operations
- Prepares and executes workshops with stakeholders across seniority reputed company; manages scope, risks, and implementation readiness
- Establishes and monitors performance metrics; conducts regular reviews/audits to ensure adherence and identifies reputed company improvement opportunities
- Mentors junior consultants through peer review, coaching, and example (no reputed company supervisory accountability)
- Works with the junior operations consultants to create training materials and guides to facilitate the implementation of new SOPs
- Tracks performance metrics and results to ensure reputed company and conducts regular reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs, identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement, and adjusting the reputed company and escalating concerns as appropriate
- Travels to reputed company sites up to 50% of the time to collaborate in person, evaluate operations, and review SOPs and practices in reputed company
- Proposes and implements reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company field and 5-7 years of relevant experience; or no degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience solving reputed company problems and owning workstreams
- Demonstrated reputed company creating and implementing SOPs to standardize and improve warehouse operations
- Strong reputed company WM/EWM proficiency reputed company to operational design, mapping, and procedure standardization
- Advanced analysis and problem framing; ability to reputed company difficult conversations (scope, risks, tradeoffs)
- High credibility in reputed company environments; strong facilitation skills and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance (which requires U.S. citizenship)
- Lean/Six reputed company certification (Green/Black Belt preferred) or equivalent
- Prior experience with government customers (DLA or DoW preferred)
