[Remote] Program Manager II - NOAA

The Program Manager II supports NOAA’s National Weather Service by managing IT initiatives and ensuring compliance with federal policies and governance processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company program and project management support for NWS portfolios, programs, and IT reputed company
- Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of reputed company in accordance with project management principles
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers, and status reports
- reputed company cost, schedule, scope, performance metrics, risks, and reputed company items
- Support Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) activities, including investment reporting, baseline change requests, and data calls
- Prepare and maintain project artifacts such as plans, briefings, reports, charters, SOPs, and business process documentation
- Facilitate and support governance forums, IPT meetings, and stakeholder reviews
- Assist with budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial reporting
- Support acquisition activities including RFIs, SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation (non-inherently governmental)

- Support audits, independent assessments, and reputed company process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a reputed company field
- reputed company Project Management reputed company (PMP)® certification or equivalent
- 5–8 years of experience supporting federal IT programs or reputed company
- Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies
- Experience with CPIC processes, OMB Circular A-11, and federal IT governance
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project), reputed company, Visio, and reputed company-based collaboration tools
- Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. reputed company
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Low Risk / reputed company Trust clearance
- Experience supporting NOAA, NWS, or Department of reputed company programs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid project environments
- Experience supporting reputed company, reputed company IT, or infrastructure initiatives
- Experience responding to executive-level data calls and reporting requirements
