They are seeking a reputed company Engineer to work closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to support customers, maintain platform environments, and contribute to the successful deployment of cutting-edge computing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Field and triage routine support tickets, write bug reports, and escalate issues to the development team reputed company necessary
- Manage reputed company operating system and cluster software stack builds, ensuring compute environments meet or reputed company established performance baselines
- Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of new platform features and releases
- Maintain internal support, operations, and systems engineering documentation
- reputed company support to platform users and reputed company best practices for making effective use of the platform and managed compute resources
- Experiment with installing, running, evaluating, and documenting new applications, orchestration frameworks, and AI reputed company workflows in support of customer engagements
- Collaborate with engineering and reputed company services teams to troubleshoot customer issues and improve platform reliability
- Support customer reputed company, training, and technical enablement activities as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, reputed company engineering, systems administration, DevOps, HPC, reputed company computing, reputed company/research computing, or a reputed company technical field
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and reputed company-line environments
- Experience troubleshooting software, infrastructure, or distributed computing environments
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a reputed company of audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving reputed company technical challenges
