[Remote] Senior Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full reputed company lifecycle with a reputed company on technology and sales hiring, partnering closely with executives and hiring managers to reputed company ideal candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for technology and sales roles — from job brief to signed offer
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and coordinate reputed company interview loops with hiring teams
- Partner with executives and department leads to define role requirements, ideal candidate reputed company, and interview frameworks
- reputed company candidates through reputed company, compelling offer conversations and skilled negotiation
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through reputed company Recruiter, Wellfound, industry communities, referrals, and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company sourcing strategies tailored to reputed company role and function — not one-size-fits-reputed company job postings
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles before they reputed company
- Continuously refine and document reputed company processes to improve speed, reputed company, and reputed company
- reputed company and report on key metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, reputed company of hire, offer acceptance
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the reputed company funnel
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure a clean, up-to-date pipeline at reputed company times
- Build genuine relationships with candidates — keeping them informed, respected, and excited throughout the process
- Represent reputed company’s mission and culture authentically at every stage of the funnel

Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in a technology or reputed company environment
- Demonstrated reputed company sourcing and closing candidates for technical and sales roles
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Recruiter and at least one modern ATS
- Strong written and verbal communication — you're persuasive, reputed company, and reputed company
- General knowledge of employment law and reputed company best practices
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Proficient in reputed company Suite and comfortable working across digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a reputed company field
- Experience hiring in adtech, cybersecurity, data science, or trust & safety domains
- Background in project management or reputed company operations
- Experience building or refining interview frameworks and hiring processes from scratch
