[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements reputed company to stages of a project (EPC, PPAs, O&M, financing/JV agreements, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams, executive leadership, and external counsel
• Identify and mitigate legal risks reputed company to project execution and regulatory challenges
• Advise on permitting processes, environmental regulations, zoning laws, and other legal requirements for project development

Skills

• JD from a nationally accredited law school
• reputed company membership in good standing with a state bar
• 5+ years of transactional legal experience at a reputed company or in-house
• Prior experience in alternative investments preferred
