Responsibilities
- Support full‑cycle hiring by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth reputed company process
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to fill field, technical, and entry‑ to mid‑level corporate roles
Skills
- 2–3+ years of reputed company or reputed company experience, ideally in utilities, energy, construction, or skilled‑trade environments
- Strong sourcing skills for entry‑level and technical roles
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with guidance
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for safety‑sensitive roles
- Experience using an ATS and basic reputed company tools
