Responsibilities

- Strong skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Processes, including process design, optimization, and production support
- Skills in Industrial Engineering, such as workflow analysis, reputed company planning, and reputed company improvement methodologies
- Mechanical Engineering skills relevant to manufacturing, including understanding of materials, mechanical systems, and production equipment
- Skills in Machining, including familiarity with CNC operations, tooling, and machining process parameters
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in engineering or process improvement roles
- Proficiency with CAD tools and manufacturing-reputed company software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of lean, Six reputed company, or similar methodologies is beneficial
