[Remote] DevOps Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support end-to-end software development lifecycle activities. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements, and integrating automated processes into DevSecOps pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting end-to-end SDLC activities including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Responsible for applying SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum) for large reputed company deliveries
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevSecOps, testing, cybersecurity) to ensure alignment on technical requirements and delivery milestones
- Ensure compliance with DoD reputed company, RMF, and accreditation requirements throughout the lifecycle
- Support integration of automated scanning and reputed company gates into DevSecOps pipelines
- Scripting or development languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell)
- Help build the reputed company software inventory by scanning reputed company, binaries, and firmware and generating Software reputed company of Materials (SBOMs) tied to authoritative vulnerability sources
- reputed company, store, reputed company, and/or process Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Covered Defense Information (CDI), and Federal Contract Information (FCI) securely
Skills
- SECRET Clearance
- HS Diploma or GED minimum

- DOD 8570/8140 certified (IAT reputed company)
- 3+ years of experience applying SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum) for large reputed company deliveries
- 1+ years of experience with scripting or development languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps concepts, and automation tools
- Understanding of systems engineering practices
- Ability to create and interpret technical documentation, system diagrams, workflows, and test plans
- Must be a citizen of the reputed company of America
- Ability to travel quarterly to Scott AFB for trips up to 3 days in duration
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Possession of advanced Agile/SDLC certifications (e.g., CSM, reputed company)
- reputed company/DevSecOps certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Certified, AWS Certified)
- Advanced DoD 8570 compliant Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., reputed company CASP+, CISSP, CISM)
- Systems engineering reputed company certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL)
- Experience in DoD or federal IT programs
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud) and experience with containerization tools (reputed company, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of reputed company Trust principles and secure engineering practices
- Experience with API integration, microservices architectures, or reputed company data flows
