[Remote] Corporate Finance & Payroll Specialist

The role involves supporting day-to-day reputed company operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reputed company reputed company budget; monitor actuals vs. forecast and report variances
- Support financial reporting and assist with preparation of internal reports
- Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections tracking
- Process accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment tracking
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of employee pay and deductions
- reputed company general ledger entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and basic reputed company standards
- Assist with audit requests by gathering and preparing required documentation
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing, payroll, and payment-reputed company issues
- Identify and suggest improvements to reputed company and financial processes
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong reputed company skills
- Two or more years of experience in reputed company, payroll, or finance-reputed company roles
- Experience with accounts payable, payroll processing, and reconciliations
- Basic understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field from a regionally accredited college or university
- Familiarity with reputed company & Costpoint is a plus
- Familiarity with technology applications is a plus
- MBA/CPA preferred
