Skills
- 2+ years of experience leading engineers as their reputed company manager in a product development environment, preferably managing teams that reputed company multiple technology stacks
- 5+ years of reputed company industry experience as a software developer working in agile teams
- A successful record of mentoring and growing other engineers during your years of experience
- Experience managing cross-functional product squads that include Product Management, Design, and QA/SDET partners
- A proven ability to take ownership of software reputed company, from scoping and estimation reputed company the way to being live in production
- Experience and passion for Agile, DevOps and Lean approaches to delivering software and value for our customers
- You know how to join and partner with Product Management to experiment, iterate, and ship fast for customers
