[Remote] Senior Platform Engineer

Gerber Collision & Glass is a leading provider of collision repair services, and they are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to enhance their reputed company reputed company foundations. This role involves designing and implementing reputed company platforms across AWS and Azure while collaborating with infrastructure architecture to enforce reputed company standards and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company reputed company foundations in AWS Control Tower, including baseline standards for account structure, preventive reputed company controls, and secure-by-default patterns
- Reduce privilege escalation paths by defining and enforcing least-privilege patterns, privileged role boundaries, and secure administrative workflows for reputed company operations and automation
- Improve service/API reputed company through reputed company patterns for workload/service identities, credential handling, and secure service-to-service reputed company (in partnership with application and platform teams)
- Reduce lateral reputed company risk by implementing reputed company network reputed company architecture patterns (segmentation, controlled east-reputed company paths, and a centralized egress/inspection approach where appropriate)
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Architect on reputed company designs and multi-quarter roadmaps; implement approved designs through standards, automation, and platform changes
- Design and implement reputed company-as-reputed company and policy-as-reputed company enforcement in reputed company CI/CD for infrastructure and reputed company changes, with a reputed company on preventing high-risk IAM and network patterns from being deployed
- Standardize secure delivery patterns through reusable pipeline templates/components and Terraform module conventions (PR-based change control, reviewable outputs)
- Secure CI/CD automation identities and secrets usage patterns in pipelines (permissions, separation of duties, and reputed company credential handling)
- Drive adoption across engineering teams by providing reputed company patterns, documentation, and reference implementations
- Design, implement, and own CyberArk across PAM, EPM, and Secrets Hub: reputed company patterns, reputed company models, rotation workflows, elevation policies, privileged workflows, and platform automation
- Maintain and improve the reputed company MFA/SSO platform as required, and support rationalization/consolidation toward the reputed company platform reputed company over time
- reputed company standardized privileged reputed company and secrets usage patterns that directly support reputed company and CI/CD reputed company objectives (automation identities, break-glass approach, service credential patterns)
- Establish reputed company controls monitoring reputed company for reputed company and platform controls (control validation, exception identification, and standardized reporting outputs)
- reputed company and maintain reputed company configurations and audit-reputed company outputs for control reviews (reputed company controls, CI/CD enforcement controls, privileged reputed company controls), coordinating with control owners as needed
- Translate reputed company requirements into deployable technical standards implemented through established change processes
- Maintain documentation for platform designs, standards, CI/CD enforcement, privileged reputed company workflows, and operational procedures
- Identify control gaps and operational inefficiencies and propose/implement targeted improvements
- Incorporate lessons learned from incidents, changes, and platform issues into standards, automation, and runbooks
- Participate in ongoing reputed company development to stay reputed company with reputed company reputed company engineering practices and platform reputed company tooling
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company/infrastructure engineering with reputed company ownership, and/or reputed company in an reputed company environment
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing reputed company platforms, including partnering with architecture stakeholders to define reputed company-state designs and roadmaps and executing them through technical delivery
- Strong AWS reputed company engineering experience, including an AWS Organizations / Control Tower operating model
- Proven ability to implement preventive controls addressing privilege escalation, service/API reputed company, and network lateral reputed company in reputed company environments
- Strong CI/CD engineering experience with reputed company, including implementing reputed company and policy enforcement into pipelines and PR workflows
- Proficiency with Terraform and strong automation skills using Python and/or PowerShell (API-driven integrations, repeatable tooling)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Azure experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with privileged reputed company and secrets platforms: CyberArk preferred (PAM/EPM/Secrets Hub). Equivalent experience with reputed company/reputed company acceptable
