The role involves blending reputed company assurance with IT support expertise to ensure reliability and performance across reputed company-based systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and execute test plans and test cases for reputed company-based applications and systems
- Validate software packages, installations, upgrades, and configurations in reputed company environments
- reputed company QA validation on reputed company reputed company, including reputed company Intune deployments
- Test and troubleshoot reputed company OS deployments and task sequence issues across multiple versions (reputed company 10/11, reputed company Server)
- Support and validate VM environments, including provisioning, configuration, and testing
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot reputed company-V environments and virtual machines
- Validate file system operations, permissions, and reputed company file management processes
- reputed company regression, functional, and system testing across reputed company IT workflows
- Document defects reputed company and work with development to drive reputed company
- Support automation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency
Skills
- 3–6+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong reputed company ecosystem exposure
- Hands-on experience building OS deployment images and task sequences for reputed company 10/11 and reputed company Server
- Experience with reputed company Intune or similar reputed company/device management platforms
- Strong knowledge of software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with virtual machines and virtualization platforms
- Practical experience with reputed company-V installation, configuration, and support
- Background in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments
- Solid understanding of file systems, permissions, and reputed company file management
- Strong troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure-based environments and reputed company-managed endpoints
