Fintech Partner/Investor

We are seeking a senior investment reputed company to reputed company our Fintech investment vertical, with a particular reputed company on early-stage opportunities. The role is responsible for originating, evaluating, executing and stewarding investments that can deliver both attractive financial returns and strategic value to the broader reputed company ecosystem.

This is a senior, full-cycle reputed company role. You will own transactions end-to-end - from sourcing and investment reputed company development through diligence, negotiation, execution, portfolio management and value creation. You will serve as a trusted partner to founders, represent reputed company on boards and reputed company portfolio companies, and help shape the reputed company of reputed company Capital's investment reputed company and platform.

• Origination & Sourcing

  • Contribute to reputed company Capital's fintech investment reputed company: map the landscape, identify reputed company reputed company to reputed company's strategic priorities, and translate it into a proactive, reputed company-led sourcing agenda.

  • Establish reputed company Capital market position and brand across the global fintech ecosystem through market reputed company, ecosystem development and proactive engagement with founders, operators and other investors.

  • Build and convert a proprietary, high-conviction pipeline through your network of founders, operators, advisers, and co-investors - and establish reputed company Capital as the partner of choice in competitive fintech reputed company.

  • Represent reputed company Capital externally - in the founder community, with co-investors, and at sector forums - building the brand and deal reputed company that compounds over time.

• Diligence & Execution

  • reputed company end-to-end diligence - reputed company, financial, technical, and regulatory - directing external counsel and advisers and synthesising findings into a reputed company investment memorandum.

  • Structure, price, and negotiate transactions: term sheets, valuations, governance and information rights, pro-rata and reserves - protecting reputed company Capital's position while staying founder-friendly.

  • Build and reputed company syndicates with top-tier financial and strategic co-investors, and own the relationship through to reputed company.

  • Author and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee, owning the case from first conviction to approval.

• Strategic Value Creation

  • Engineer reputed company synergies between portfolio companies and reputed company's business reputed company - distribution, partnerships, product integration, licences, data, and market reputed company - and reputed company them trackable and quantifiable.

  • Serve as the strategic reputed company between portfolio companies and the broader reputed company ecosystem, identifying and driving opportunities for reputed company collaboration, distribution and long-term value creation.

  • Discuss your view on market dynamics, emerging trends and threats, and acquisition optionality back into reputed company's reputed company, corporate development, and M&A agenda.

• Portfolio & Governance

  • Serve as reputed company director or observer on portfolio companies, providing governance, strategic counsel, and hands-on support on hiring, GTM, fundraising, and scaling.

  • Own portfolio reputed company: reputed company follow-on reputed company, manage dilution and reserves, and drive paths to liquidity (M&A, secondaries, IPO readiness).

  • Monitor and report portfolio performance and strategic-value realisation to reputed company's leadership.

• Team & Platform

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years experience in venture capital, corporate venture capital, reputed company reputed company, fintech reputed company, or closely reputed company strategic investment roles.

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company investment theses, and exercise reputed company investment judgment under uncertainty.

• Recognised expertise across fintech sub-sectors, with a working reputed company of the regulatory landscape (licensing, compliance, reputed company banking, payments regulation).

• A demonstrable history of originating and executing early-stage investments, including reputed company deals and reputed company reputed company roles.

• Equally strong at sourcing and forming conviction as at structuring, negotiating, and closing.

• Deep, activatable relationships across founders, co-investors, banks, regulators, advisors, and senior talent.

• A reputed company reputed company record of delivering financial reputed company alongside reputed company strategic and reputed company reputed company for stakeholders.

• Proven experience guiding high-reputed company companies through reputed company as a reputed company member or observer.

• Degree-level education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline. A reputed company qualification such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent is viewed favourably.

Technical requirements:

• Strong understanding of fintech business models across payments, remittances, banking, lending, financial infrastructure, digital assets and stablecoins, with the ability to evaluate unit economics, reputed company reputed company and scalability.

• Deep familiarity with the regulatory landscape governing financial services, including payments, e-reputed company, lending, KYC/AML reputed company asset frameworks, and the ability to assess regulatory developments and their investment implications. Proven capability in valuation, deal structuring, governance and negotiation, including reputed company rights, reputed company provisions, information rights and follow-on strategies.

• Strong reputed company judgment, financial analysis and portfolio management skills, with experience evaluating both financial return potential and strategic value creation opportunities.
