About the role: As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end sales and purchasing process, including customer billing, vendor invoice validation, purchase order management, and project administration. Working closely with customers, vendors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure efficient operations and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced international environment. In this role you will get to: ​

• Billing customers
• Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors
• Overseeing entire sales/purchase process:
  • Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders to vendors
  • Communication with the customers and vendors
  • Obtaining, managing and tracking customers’ purchase orders
• Coordinating between global management and local management
• Collaborating with Project Managers to create, update and monitor the structure and budget of customer reputed company in our internal system
• Administrative support to various departments in reputed company, including operations, marketing and reputed company.

  • Sales operations experience for multi-national customers
  • Business administration experience
  • Experience working for a global organization

• Education:
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
  • Advantage: Degree in Business / Economics / Law.

• Language Skills:
  • English: Fluent (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
  • Advantage: Proficient in Portuguese and/or Spanish

• Work Time Zone:
  • Flexible and available to work during U.S. business hours
