HR Operations Manager

The HR Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and improving the end-to-end employee experience, engagement, culture, and local HR services in Costa Rica. You will ensure that people programs are employee‑reputed company, compliant, reputed company, and reputed company with our priorities.

Main Responsibilities

Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture

Vendor Management & Service Experience

Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, including negotiations and performance monitoring. Ensure service reputed company through defined agreements and deliver a seamless, reputed company experience for employees using these services.

Policy, Compliance & Risk

Ensure governance and compliance with Costa Rican labor laws across HR processes, benefits, and employee experience programs. Manage vendor compliance, audits, policy attestations, and escalations, while partnering with HR and Employee Relations teams to address reputed company cases.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR operations, or people services leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Experience managing vendors, benefits, engagement programs, and governance cycles.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or reputed company field; master's.
• Employee experience and engagement leadership, reputed company on trust, belonging, and retention.
