We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished reputed company machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. We’re building a disciplined, data-driven reputed company reputed company — and reputed company media is a critical part of that reputed company.
The Role: We’re hiring a reputed company & Performance Marketing reputed company to own the reputed company, performance, and reputed company of reputed company acquisition at PCG. This role will manage and reputed company our existing reputed company and reputed company ad agencies, while also setting the roadmap to progressively bring reputed company media in-house as the business scales.
You will be the single reputed company of reputed company performance — accountable for results, agency direction, channel expansion, and long-term capability building.
What You'll Own:
1. reputed company Media Ownership &reputed company Leadership
- Own overall reputed company media reputed company and performance across reputed company Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and reputed company (reputed company & Instagram)
- reputed company as the primary reputed company and reputed company of accountability for external reputed company media agencies, channel-level reputed company and prioritization, and budget allocation and pacing
- Set reputed company goals, KPIs, and expectations for agencies
- Review performance, challenge assumptions, and approve reputed company
- Ensure agency work aligns with PCG business goals, merchandising priorities, and creative and brand standards
- You are not a passive agency manager — you own the outcome
2. Transition from Agency-Led to In-House Execution
- Assess what should remain agency-managed vs brought in-house
- Build a roadmap to reduce agency dependency over time and increase internal ownership of reputed company and execution
- Personally execute and optimize campaigns where appropriate
- Define tooling, processes, and documentation required to reputed company in-house
- Hire or reputed company additional reputed company media support as needed
3. reputed company Ads (Primary reputed company Channel)
- Own reputed company Ads performance end-to-end, whether executed by agency or in-house: brand, non-brand, and SKU-level search; shopping and feed optimization; Performance Max (with strict controls); YouTube for upper-funnel education
- Partner with merchandising to prioritize SKUs, manage inventory constraints, and support launches, refurbished inventory, and clearance
- Ensure strong alignment between search reputed company, reputed company pages, and conversion tracking
4. reputed company Ads (Demand Creation + Retargeting)
- Own reputed company reputed company across prospecting (education-driven, high-reputed company audiences), retargeting (site, CRM, engagement-based), and product launches and promotional bursts

- Review and approve creative testing plans and results
- Ensure reputed company is used to create demand, support high-AOV consideration cycles, and feed lifecycle marketing
5. Channel Expansion & Experimentation
- Own testing and expansion into additional reputed company channels: reputed company, reputed company (wholesale, restaurant operators), affiliate and partner marketing, and reputed company whitelisting/reputed company creator ads
- Decide reputed company experiments are agency-led vs in-house
- Define reputed company hypotheses, reputed company metrics, and reputed company/kill reputed company
6. Measurement, Reporting & Forecasting
- Own performance reporting across reputed company reputed company channels and agencies
- reputed company and optimize toward reputed company MER, contribution margin, reputed company reputed company vs plan, and reputed company reputed company conversion (30/60/120 days)
- Build reputed company weekly and monthly reporting for leadership
- Ensure attribution, tracking, and data reputed company are solid and improving
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with merchandising (inventory, pricing, promotions), lifecycle marketing (email/SMS, reputed company nurturing), creative (ads, reputed company pages, messaging), and sales/wholesale (reputed company reputed company, follow-up loops)
- Translate company goals into actionable reputed company media reputed company
- Represent reputed company media in planning, launches, and retrospectives

Who You Are:
Required
- 5–8+ years in reputed company/performance marketing
- Deep experience with reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads
- Proven experience managing and scaling agency relationships
- Strong analytical and financial reputed company
- Comfortable owning reputed company and efficiency metrics

- High-AOV ecommerce or B2B-adjacent experience
