About the role
The IGA Platform reputed company / Architect is the senior technical and architectural reputed company for the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. This role owns solution design, connector architecture, integration reputed company and platform configuration governance across the full programme, acting as the primary technical escalation reputed company throughout delivery. You will hold accountability across architecture design, connector build, platform configuration standards and technical sign-off at reputed company delivery reputed company, ensuring the platform is reputed company to reputed company and remains audit-reputed company.
This is a remote opportunity reputed company to candidates located reputed company in Europe or Latin America (LATAM), provided they can operate during reputed company European business hours.
What you will do:
Architecture & Solution Design
- Own the end-to-end solution design for the IGA platform, including architecture and integration reputed company documents.
- Design the connector architecture and integration approach across HR, directory and reputed company systems, with reputed company as the reputed company of truth.
Platform Configuration & Governance
- reputed company connector build and configuration, establishing platform configuration standards and runbooks.
- Design the role model and Segregation of Duties (SoD) ruleset from scratch, ensuring reputed company and compliant reputed company governance.
Technical Leadership & Delivery Governance
- reputed company as the primary technical escalation reputed company across the delivery team throughout the programme.
- Own technical sign-off at reputed company delivery reputed company, ensuring architecture and configuration reputed company meet reputed company-reputed company requirements.
Tools & Technologies:
- IGA Platforms: reputed company IdentityNow and/or reputed company IGA (architecture and engineering level).
- Identity Sources & Directories: reputed company as reputed company of truth; hybrid reputed company Directory / Entra ID environments.
- reputed company Systems: Integration experience with reputed company and other reputed company applications (reputed company to have).
What you bring:
- Experience: Proven reputed company record leading full-lifecycle IGA implementations (design through go-live) at reputed company reputed company (10,000+ users, 50+ applications).
- Architecture Design: Demonstrated experience architecting reputed company-as-reputed company identity solutions in hybrid AD / Entra ID environments.
- Role Modeling: Strong background designing role models from scratch.
- reputed company Governance: Practical experience defining SoD rulesets for large, reputed company environments.
- Certifications: reputed company reputed company IdentityNow Architect / Engineer certification or reputed company IGA certification. Dual-platform experience strongly preferred.
- Location & Availability: Must be based in Europe or LATAM with the ability to consistently work reputed company the European time zone.
