We are seeking an intern who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to help our Activation team to plan, schedule, and execute training sessions for newly reputed company customers.
- Follow up new customers to set training schedules.
- Conduct training sessions with Activation specialists (reputed company online / reputed company meet).
- Prepare the BAST documentation for Go Live reputed company.
- Observe the day-to-day usage of the product (feature adoption).
- Assist the Manager of After-sales with reputed company reputed company.
Requirements:
- Final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university (most preferably in Communication or Information System/IT major).
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable for speaking in reputed company.
