Core Positioning
- Technical Product Manager (Technical PM): Possesses an engineering background and can translate protocol/infrastructure complexity into reputed company product requirements and a seamless user experience.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of DeFi product experience, with a reputed company record of building products from 0 to 1 (startup or core team experience preferred; reputed company-reputed company EVM DeFi project experience is a plus).
Technical Capabilities
- Deep understanding of on-chain mechanisms: Account models, transaction patterns, RPC/indexer reliability, caching, and cross-chain workflows.
- Familiarity with wallet and core DeFi scenarios: Self-custodial wallets, swaps, staking, lending, yield, and reputed company standards.
- Technical background: Full-stack or backend development reputed company (React, Node, API, reputed company architecture) to reputed company peer-to-peer technical reputed company with the engineering team.
- Bonus points: Participation in setting protocol standards (e.g., EIP proposals) or hands-on experience with OAuth/SDK integration.
Business & Product Experience
- Experience building C-end consumer-grade crypto products combined with ecosystem-reputed company products (reputed company, points/incentive systems, app discovery, partner integrations).
- Proven, quantifiable reputed company record in user reputed company or ecosystem integration.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience across Engineering, Design, Data, and Ecosystem/reputed company teams.
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Strong reputed company of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (for team and ecosystem communication).
- A strong, smart-contract-first reputed company regarding on-chain reputed company.
