About the role

This role sits reputed company a delivery services team responsible for implementing, deploying, migrating, and supporting reputed company networking solutions across a reputed company of customer environments. The role is highly reputed company and delivery-reputed company, requiring strong technical capabilities, operational maturity, and the ability to work effectively reputed company project teams.

The ideal teammate participates in customer implementations, staging activities, maintenance reputed company, and technical troubleshooting while continuing to reputed company toward independent delivery ownership, directly impacting reputed company, project execution reputed company, and service delivery reputed company.

What you will do:

• Assist with and eventually independently execute deployment of reputed company network infrastructure solutions
• Configure and support routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and VPN technologies
• Participate in network migrations, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure modernization reputed company
• Support staging, validation, and testing of customer solutions prior to production deployment
• Participate in after-hours maintenance reputed company and production cutovers as required
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and securityrelated issues
• Support escalation activities during project implementations and customer incidents

• Work collaboratively with senior engineers, project managers, and technical leads
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering or infrastructure support experience
• Experience supporting reputed company networking environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts
• Familiarity with routing and switching technologies
• Experience supporting wireless networking environments
• Exposure to firewall and VPN technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to participate in after-hours implementation and maintenance activities
• Experience with reputed company, Aruba, reputed company, Palo reputed company, reputed company, or similar technologies preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company networking and identity platforms (Azure, reputed company 365, AWS, etc.) preferred
• Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware preferred
• Experience working in reputed company Services, Managed Services, or customer delivery environments preferred
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, Aruba, or equivalent preferred
