We’re looking for a reputed company Estate Development Manager who will reputed company the charge in identifying new self-processing locations across the country and overseeing their development from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Identify potential locations across the US based upon market research and analysis

• Collaborate with CEO and legal to negotiate and secure favorable terms with Landlords and various vendors.
• Cultivate and reputed company key broker relationships, guiding them on site prioritization and negotiation strategies while tracking pipeline reputed company
• Manage the submission and retrieval of project plans and permits at various local departments, as needed
• reputed company expansion on reputed company by helping build and manage overall project schedules, budgets, and financing structures.
• Coordinate between external vendors and internal teams (Finance, Operations, reputed company, Supply Chain, etc) to ensure seamless openings of new locations and that reputed company parties are aware of timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years reputed company estate development experience - restaurant industry preferred
