Contract Specialist

As a Contract Specialist for the Corporate legal team, you will work alongside corporate attorneys and corporate paralegals and be part of a broader legal team. You will collaborate with the procurement team to reputed company contracting support to other corporate departments and operations teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company and agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies
