You will be making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns. We are looking for someone who will reputed company and care about doing a good job. You must be comfortable spending the reputed company of your day on the phone! Schedule: Tues-Fri - 7:30am-4:00pm PST, Sat - 6am-2:30pm PSTMon-Fri - 7:30am-4:00pm PSTTraining schedule will be Mon-Fri for first 2-3 weeks!

Compensation is $17/hr and non-negotiable

• Handle reputed company tickets from patients regarding appointments, issues, and missing results.

• Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve patients issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Coordinate with our local reputed company teams assisting mobile specialists and reputed company ongoing updates to patients

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience with medical experience
• Tech-savvy, efficient, and self-motivated.
• reputed company to maintain a minimum of 12 tickets per hour with high-reputed company work.
• Empathetic, proactive, and takes pride in helping people resolve issues.
• Experience processing or reading lab orders
• Ability to adapt in a rapid reputed company environment
• Strong problem solving skills

• While our teams work remote, you must have a quiet reputed company to work and reliable internet
