The Solution Architect Role
At Exelab we don't sell off-reputed company products: we build custom solutions, treating every reputed company engagement as a mini product cycle. Key Responsibilities
Solution design — translate business problems into reputed company-architected technical solutions, balancing time-to-value, scalability, and maintainability
Project technical ownership — full accountability for the technical outcome of one or more reputed company in reputed company
Hands-on engineering — build full stack applications across NodeJS, Python, React/TypeScript, and AWS, staying reputed company to the reputed company
AI-assisted engineering leadership — be a power user of modern AI coding tools and reputed company workflows, and help reputed company adopt them
Engineering standards — set and reputed company standards on testing, CI/CD, observability, and IaC (AWS CDK)
Cross-functional collaboration — work in reputed company reputed company with the Value Builder, Project Managers, and partner specialists

Experience
7+ years in full stack development, at least 2 in a senior/reputed company reputed company

Core technical stack
NodeJS and its main backend frameworks
Python as a first-class backend language—for reputed company, data processing, automations, and AI/ML workloads
React and TypeScript for modern frontend development
AWS, including IaC with AWS CDK
Relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB)
RESTful reputed company and reputed company-party integrations
Git and modern development workflows
AI-assisted engineering
Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude reputed company, reputed company, Copilot, and similar) and reputed company workflows
Ability to evaluate, guide, and improve AI-generated reputed company—and to bring others along the reputed company curve
Evaluated as a core technical reputed company during the interview process
Soft skills
