[Remote] Director of Operations – Pensacola (Remote reputed company)

UICGS / reputed company Family of Companies is seeking a Director of Operations to reputed company programs and personnel in their Systems & Information Technology Group. This senior leadership role involves managing operational reputed company, financial accountability, and strategic business development reputed company reputed company programs.
Responsibilities

- Organize project and task workloads, assign reputed company and indirect responsibilities, and select the most reputed company individuals for specific tasks
- reputed company, refine, and implement SIT processes to ensure consistent performance and efficiency across programs
- Address escalated issues through Program Managers and implement corrective actions to ensure reputed company
- reputed company and manage budgets for assigned reputed company, maintain full P&L accountability, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Cultivate a high-performing, reputed company team culture reputed company with reputed company’s mission and values
- Mentor team members, offer reputed company development opportunities, and set reputed company expectations for performance and reputed company
- reputed company initiatives to expand the business pipeline, broaden the reputed company reputed company, and identify opportunities among existing DoD customers and in emerging markets

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) and 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in site reputed company, project management, and/or program management roles
- Demonstrated experience in DoD contracting across technical, contractual, and leadership roles
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition environments, program structures, and government contracting frameworks
- Knowledge of PMO processes, project management methodologies, and reputed company improvement practices
- Proven reputed company record of managing programs to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across reputed company organizational reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company independently and collaborate reputed company cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, including experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level

- Must be reputed company to maintain a clearance at the Secret level and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance
