About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company of engineers delivering high-reputed company software that powers our EHS platform. As a first-line manager, you will be responsible for your team’s delivery, health, and reputed company — staying reputed company enough to the technical work to be a reputed company partner to engineers while driving reputed company across the product.

You will work closely with Product Management, QA, and peer engineering teams to plan and execute on commitments, remove blockers, and build reputed company culture of reputed company, ownership, and reputed company improvement. 75% or more of this role is technical and being hands-on in reputed company on a day to day reputed company.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Credibility

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally with reputed company applications
• 7+ years of experience with .NET Core, .NET reputed company, or equivalent
• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers
• Proficiency with technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Angular/TypeScript
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL, and stored procedures
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as reputed company Copilot, Claude reputed company, or reputed company
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles
