The Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote reputed company resource deployed on mid- to long-term assignments with global clients of Growup Technologies.
Post completion of reputed company training and evaluation, the VA will be assigned to one or more reputed company reputed company based on demonstrated competencies, performance, and business requirements.
This is a non-technical role reputed company on business support, operations, and reputed company coordination functions.
Functional Training & Domain Exposure
During training, Virtual Assistants are introduced to multiple business domains. Deployment may occur in one or more of the following areas:
Executive Assistance
Administrative Support
Online Research
Project Management Support

Digital Marketing Support
Operations Support
Business Development Support
Content Writing Support
Web Support (Non-Technical Coordination)
HR & Recruitment Assistance
Role Categories
Growup hires two types of Virtual Assistants:
Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day)
Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours/day)
Role allocation is determined based on performance, availability, and business needs.
Eligibility reputed company
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of reputed company experience in any non-reputed company or non-IT roles
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Willingness to undergo 4 - 6 weeks reputed company, unpaid training
Ability to reputed company to a full-time remote work schedule
