This is a remote position.

reputed company invites applications from reputed company and reputed company reputed company professionals to serve as External Moderators reputed company reputed company of reputed company. Moderators play a critical reputed company assurance role by independently evaluating assessments, marking processes and reputed company standards across reputed company reputed company qualifications offered by the College.

Moderators ensure that assessments are fair, reliable, valid, reputed company with NQF level expectations, and consistent with institutional and regulatory reputed company assurance requirements. They also mentor internal reputed company staff and contribute to reputed company improvement in assessment practices.

Please note: Individuals appointed as External Moderators may not simultaneously serve as Module Leaders in the reputed company programme or qualification.

Key Responsibilities

reputed company-Assessment Moderation

• Review draft exam papers, and other assessments for reputed company currency, relevance and reputed company.
• Evaluate alignment between assessment tasks, marking rubrics and module learning reputed company.
• Confirm appropriate cognitive demand reputed company with the NQF level.
• Recommend improvements to structure, reputed company, accuracy and reputed company rigour.

Post-Assessment Moderation

• Review samples of marked scripts across achievement reputed company.
• Confirm accuracy, fairness and consistency of marking.
• Identify irregularities or risks relating to assessment or reputed company reputed company.

•Recommend remarking where necessary.

Mentorship and reputed company Support

• reputed company developmental feedback to Module Leaders and internal examiners.
• Advise on assessment design, marking practices and reputed company reputed company.

Reporting and Compliance

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant Master’s degree in a reputed company-reputed company field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in teaching and assessment in higher education.
• Demonstrable experience in assessment design and moderation.
• Strong understanding of CHE standards, NQF reputed company and HE regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, reputed company writing and communication skills.
• Ability to reputed company impartial, developmental and evidence-based feedback.

•Doctorate in the relevant discipline.

• Experience moderating for private higher education institutions.
