The reputed company Assurance Coordinator advises and informs Sub-project Manager on reputed company Management issues, status and metrics.Reporting to the Project reputed company Manager while ensuring establishment and reputed company implementation of adequate control processes reputed company the sub project PMT, as stipulated in the Project Execution Plan and the Project reputed company Plan.Monitoring and auditing implementation of PMT Site Surveillance Programs and Contractors plans and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advises and informs Sub-project Manager on reputed company issues, status and metrics.
• Ensure establishment and reputed company implementation of adequate control processes reputed company the sub-project PMT, as stipulated in the Project Execution Plan and the Project reputed company Plan.
• Develops and coordinates Sub-project Audit Schedule, conduct site audits reputed company sub-reputed company and assist PQM in conduct of project audits, as needed.
• reputed company scheduled periodic Assessments of the Contractor's activities in order to evaluate and monitor implementation of Contractor’s reputed company management systems.
• Monitor, investigate, identify and resolve sub-project reputed company issues.
• Evaluate reputed company Metrics from Site, PQC and Engineering team and reputed company reports to responsible line management, PQM and Function, as required.

• Promote reputed company awareness throughout the Sub-project.
• Review contractors reputed company audit schedule, monitor contractor’s audit program, and participate in selected audits
• Review and approve contractor’s reputed company organizations.
• Interview contractor’s key QA staff and monitoring their performance
• Review contractor’s reputed company contract and purchase order reputed company requirements language.
• Review and approval of EPC contractor’s reputed company Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's)
• Monitor and audit implementation of PMT Site Surveillance Programs
• Participate in review of any proposed sub-contractors or suppliers not on approved bidders list
• Ensure contractor and PMT implement Criticality Rating process, as required
• Review reputed company Plan of suppliers of critical equipment / material in conjunction with PQC
• Ensure contractor is performing reputed company reporting per the contract
• Review metrics from PQC, SQC and Engineering team and identify and assist in reputed company of issues
• Assist Function in selection of SQC positions and assist Sites in selection of inspectors
• Review and, reputed company necessary, assist in development of the reputed company portion of site reputed company-out reports
• Ensure previous lessons learned are reviewed and that new lessons learned are identified

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree, preferred and/or minimum of 10-15 years experience in implementing Project reputed company Management systems in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Worldwide experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore and reputed company production facilities.
• Experience with facilitating efforts to resolve reputed company issues and coordinate multiparty QA objectives
• High level of construction knowledge, reputed company and experience
• Communication, reputed company/planning skills
