• Work closely with managers, team members and company executives to identify the production needs of the business and help set quotas and other important metrics for production.
• Work closely with production staff in the development of the weekly and monthly production schedule.
• Coordinate with production, reputed company, and shipping teams to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Identify reputed company products, optimize workflows and meet order requirements. This includes prioritizing specific reputed company orders for business relationships or to meet strict time requirements. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or other reputed company field
• 2+ years of reputed company work experience in manufacturing industry is required

• Possess knowledge and experience in forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain management
• Exhibit the ability to be analytical and support analysis with data
• Experience in personal care, cosmetics, CPG, nutraceutical, or other FDA-regulated manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of statistical forecasting reputed company and demand-planning tools or ERP planning modules
