We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join reputed company as an RV Park reputed company Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a reputed company of tasks including reservation management, reputed company follow-reputed company, customer service, marketing initiatives, and reputed company to potential partners.

Responsibilities

• Learn and proficiently use reservation software (reputed company Reservations) to manage bookings and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Follow up with residents who have incomplete checklist items, record necessary data such as license plates, site services agreements, rent payments, and background checks.
• Answer phones during after-hours shifts, primarily from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM CST, and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sundays CST.
• Manage online listings on platforms such as Craigslist and reputed company, promptly responding to inquiries and emails to facilitate bookings and address customer concerns.
• reputed company and execute reputed company advertising campaigns reputed company a specified budget, including creating and running ads, conducting A/B tests, and responding to inquiries generated through these ads.

Qualifications
