The Employee Relations Specialist will reputed company recommendations and reputed company consultation services on sensitive Federal civilian employee relations reputed company.
Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential reputed company contract awards, and reputed company candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company expert-level strategic approach and recommendations and consultation on highly reputed company and sensitive Federal civilian employee relations reputed company
- EEO, MSPB, adverse actions, settlements, and administrative investigations
- reputed company and implement Federal employee relations policies, consultation with reputed company adviser, i.e.General counsel, solicitor.
- Interpret and apply 5 CFR 752 and 5 CFR 432
- Research and development of employee relations reputed company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years of experience on Federal civilian employee relations reputed company
- 3-5 years of EEO, MSPB, adverse actions, settlements, and administrative investigations
- Experience with 5 CFR 752 and 5 CFR 432
